first_imgA man has appeared in court and admitted killing Donegal-born journalist Eugene Moloney.Mr Maloney, who was originally from Inishowen, was assaulted in Dublin city-centre last year and died as a result of his injuries.Gary Burch of Kennington Close, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to the manslaughter of Mr Moloney on Camden Street in June, 2012. The case was adjourned for a number of weeks to allow Mr Burch, who is 21, to complete a Fás course.
